The tributes at the main memorial in Oradour
In this view you can get some idea of the number of wreaths / tributes laid at the main memorial in Oradour-sur-Glane cemetery to commemorate the dead of 10th June 1944. More or less every local town and municipality, plus representatives of the various Resistance groups sends a tribute. On the major anniversaries, members of the national government also attend, for example on the 65th in 2009, the Prime Minister came.
