    This view gives a better idea of the numbers of children and teachers involved in the massacre. The numbers were chosen to match those of the actual victims, which as far as can be determined were 7 teachers and 152 children (from all four of the schools in Oradour). The standard bearers are just out of sight to the right of this view.
