Execution sites in Tulle

Some of the original execution sites in Tulle on 9th June 1944 (the lampposts) can be seen in this picture. The view is towards the GIAT factory (out of direct sight behind the low white building on the right). The Quartier des Martyrs is behind the photographer, see also the drawing of the hangings made at the time.
